OOC Info OOC Name: Tony Age: 20 AIM: xitalianmenacex
IC Info Character Name: The Boss Journal: [ To Be Made ] Fandom: Metal Gear Solid Species: Human Sexuality: Heterosexual Personality: The Boss is a woman who is strong both physically and mentally; she is intelligent and swift to improvise, should the mission call for such a thing. Such actions were seen in the proceedings of both the Virtuous Mission and Operation: Snake Eater.
The Boss can also come across as being very cold and callous; it seems, as she says, she is "empty." With the loss of her lover, her son and her honor, she has no regrets, no worries and she feels nothing. It's almost as if she is working on clockwork, more machine than human. However, that does not mean she is bereft of all emotion. When she has her final battle with Snake, she cries. This signifies that, while she does keep things within her, she is one to express herself in subtle ways on very rare occasions. Skills: 1. Advanced Close-Quarters Combat training. 2. Advanced espionage and spy history. 3. Firearms proficiency. Weaknesses: 1. The Boss has extreme trust issues. 2. She's isn't really social. 3. Her loyalty to her country surpasses everything else in her life and her willingness to sacrifice everything for her country seems to illustrate a blind sort of loyalty. Greatest fear: Having the world split even further than it has; her entire goal throughout the game was to make the world whole again. I can see a splitting of the world being her greatest fear since she is so desperate to recreate a world before the results of World War II. RP Sample: (150 words minimun)
She had told him to kill her. No - she had begged him to kill her. It was her mission to die. Only one could live in this scenario and that one had to be Jack. There could only be one boss, one future and she would be eliminated from both categories. She had to be - that was her fate and, while her honor had been stripped for her, she swallowed it with deep sincerity. This was her end and his beginning; his birth and her death. It was the cycle of life that kept the world going, just like clockwork.
The white flowers looked like snow on a field and the sky was a steal gray; the end of The Cold War was approaching and Jack would be the one ending it with the pull of a trigger. The harsh metal would eat away at her heart and chew through her life-fluid like a parasite before ejecting out the back. She knew it was coming as The Patriot lingered above her, its sleek-shine grasping the touch of sun that was peeking through the overcast.
Then, it happened. In a swift instant, the world stopped moving. It was as if the gears had stopped and all she could see was a sliver of red that coated the white flowers surrounding her. The end had come; the turn of a new time was coming and she could see her time fading within it and becoming engulfed by it.
Everything faded then; faded just as the powers of the world had faded at the end of the second world war. She was going to die here and no one would know her name. They would know she was traitor and a war criminal on both sides of the Iron Curtain. But she didn't mind; America would come out of the whole affair unscathed and Jack would take her title.
She smiled as she passed on, or, at least, believed she passed on. In her world, she was dead and gone to the people she knew. But what she didn't realize was that she would soon be returning to the plain of existence that she so desperately wanted to leave. Her time would come again and the world she thought she knew would be gone.
